ENGAGEMENT: Following a huge drop in attendance to the International Rugby matches in Kenya, At First was brought on board to provide a combination of services to generate awareness and build back up the excitement of the game. We worked day and night to generate interest on social media platforms with a combination of paid and unpaid activities we increased attendance of the game to full capacity of the stadium where previously only 10% of the stadium was occupied. A tenfold increase.

RESULT: As a result of our campaign the Kenya Rugby Union received a growth in requests for suppliers to provide food and entertainment for the matches. Attending Rugby matches became the main social event on Saturday afternoon. Standing room only. #Simbanimoja
